Installation instructions:

install game wherever you want ,

YOU NEED to install Fallout Mod Manager either from Game setup or manualy...

INSTALL REG FIX PROVIDED ABOVE (AFTER HAVING CHANGED GAME LOCATION TO YOURS BY EDITING BOTH FILES / PICTURE TUTO PROVIDED)

Start Fallout 3 Launcher from root dir and create you settings files by selecting various options :

(this is required for ENB to run without creating glitched and bugs)

DISABLE AF and AA filters

SELECT HDR option...choose ADVANCED button:

in DETAILS : Untick DOF ....in advanced\WATER : Untick Water Displacement and Full Detail Reflections

other settings : choose what is best for you !

Once done, go to My Documents\My Games\Fallout3 and edit FALLOUT.INI and replace fonts part with this one (this will avoid text overscaling in game menus)

Edit FalloutPrefs.ini and find fPipboy1stPersonFOV=47.0 in [Display] section

change value to 40 to 42 ... it should fix pipboy screen being too small

Copy Content of GAME\TOOLS\FOMM Load Order\Users into your Profile (c:\Users\YOUR PROFILE) ... this will give correct load order to FO3MM

or simply import load (F3 Load Order.txt) after FO3MM first launch ( start Fallout Mod Manager --> LOAD ORDER tab --> select IMPORT --> search (in your game folder) for TOOLS\FOMM Load Order\F3 Load Order.txt)

start F3 Mod Manager and select Fallout 3 Game

choose any mods info/Directory (will only be usefull if you decide to install more mods)

Select Finish and let F03MM update its files (it should find your game directory by itself...

Once FO3MM has started you SHOULD SEE ALL MODS selected and sorted

ENB and SweetFX are ready to start, no setting for this part !

Game is ready to start : DON'T USE Fallout3.exe ... IT WILL CRASH!

USE EITHER FO3MM" Launch FOSE" or provided FakeFullScreeen shortcut on the desktop!

FakeFullScreen simulates Borderless Windowed mode (help FPS on some configs)

if you use FakeFull Screen , plz be aware that it will bug at very first launch ...ctrl alt del and kill fo3 from process manager ... then restat using FakeFull Screen shorcut and no more bugs!

You can enable ENB console using left shift + enter and enable/disable SweetFX with "home" key(qwerty) or "up/left arrow" key (azerty)

I have tested my own repack and i had no problems with sound/pipboy/menus .... i kept INI files from my original modded game (before compression)

For those having pipboy problems (not showing) and other sound issues: it comes from INI files .... you can check INI files included in Tools directory

you can use them but plz find sD3DDevice="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780" in FalloutPrefs.ini inside [Display] Section and change string to your video card

HELP & FIXES

» HELP! I am on Windows 10 and my game was fine but all of a sudden it started to freeze and crash.

Windows 10 Falls Creator's Update from 2017 broke Fallout Stutter Remover (FSR). If you're using FSR this might be the cause of your freezing and crashes. I already implemented necessary tweaks:

bHookCriticalSections=0 bHookLightCriticalSections=0

If your game still freezes and crashes, you will probably have to uninstall FSR.

( remove FSR from Game Dir \Data\FOSE\Plugins....)

...plz be aware and if you experience crashes then remove FSR from Game Dir \Data\FOSE\Plugins....

NOTES:

This repack is a complete overaul for Fallout 3 ... 3 objectives :

- enhanced Graphics to max playable by adding/replacing/mixing from different Mods, lots of vanilla textures/meshes/diffuse maps to reach real visible unique changes towards Beauty but without too much performance hit on your PC. Almost all clutters/Furnitures/Chems/Weapons/landscape/sky/moon/NPCs/armors/boose/terrain/rocks/roads/railways/and others Items have been covered with Higher/better resolutions textures and better meshes .... lots have been mixed up (rocks for example, i have mixed textures, diffuse maps and meshes from different mods) and result looks good even if you are standing on the rocks or being far away, high res, clean surface ...no pixel . Did the same with sky clouds/sunglares/sun coronna/moon/FXs by mixing Project reality/DC Moods2.1/Enhanced weather rain and snow/dynamic weather/ENB realism textures so that you get only the best of every mods used here

- enhanced gameplay with lots of enhanced/reworked/HD converted FX like weather (colors, rain, snow, storm, radio-active or not, sunglares, sun rays, clouds....) new animations, new models, improved characters, iron sights, new creatures, new sounds, new radios, new music, new AI behaviours for NPCs, Depth of fields reworked (the imaginator mod used to add far DOF and near DOF through ENB), PERSONALIZED ENB + SWEETFX PRESET to built up new ambience and atmosphere, new blood splatters, new weapons FXs, new lights, new ligtning engine mixing ENB and Real Interior Lights Mod + Interior Lights... new moon and night sky settings from ENB + Mods (Dark but not too much with clear bright moon and stars....when weather is good!),My goal was to create a brand new feeling playing this game, new improved immersive ambience without touching too much to vanilla 's original balance in gameplay : up to you now to add immersive hardcore mods!

FWE or FOOK2 NOT INCLUDED (Fook2 has a weel known random freeze bug at level up and FWE changes balance of game too much to match my tastes (up to you :) ... but FWE worked ok while Fook2 is freezing at levelup screen stage when validating perk choice!! ...i decided then not to include any of those 2 famous mods but Mart Mutan Mod + a few tweaks already make this Fallout 3 Modded edition not so easy !

- enhanced performance + stability (runs between 40 and 60 FPS @1920*1200 on a xeon 3340 @ 3.8 GHz + 16 GB Ram + GTX 780 3 GB OCed to 1000 Mhz + boost 1100 Mhz)...game v1.7 + unofficial Patch + FOSE v1.3 + tweaked stutter remover to run on W10 + NewVegas anti-crash + 4 GB Patch (FOSE + FO3 exe already patched) + Fake Fullscreen Executable + "Better Game performance" Mod + TWEAKED INI FILES (2 cores + lod tweaks) + ENB+SweetFX setup to be performance but quality friendly + various compatibility patches + Merged Patch created with FO3Edit to ensure best compatibility and stability while playing, very few stuttering in some places for half a sec once in a while ...that is to say nothing :)

I have been testing with mods over and over, facing all sorts of problems with mixing all those mods and finally went through ... it has been very stable over many hours of gameplay (i'd say about 15 hours ...) and absolutely no CTD ... only one freeze due to a bad save made with many different mods !! ... basically , it is really enjoyable and i loved playing it again like this, even more immersive and not so hard that wastelandare still a place you want to explore !!

Feel free to change pre-established settings like Imaginator DOF, weather, FOV, RH ironsight gun oil... through pipboy

try not to modify sweetFX nor ENB settings unless you do know what you are doing ... it took me more than 50 hours to set it up for this rendering/performance and mixed up ENB + SWEETFX + Game Ini settings and effects like sharpness, DOF, Anti Aliasing, Anisotropic Filtering, Colors, Levels, Contrast, Fog, Sunglares ...to achieve this result

Included two clean saves ... one before leaving vault (you can create your character, skills...but will have to setup imaginator DOF through pipboy for best results) the other with a ready to play character and DOF already set up ... or you can still start a new game :)
